Blake’s Lawn care program

The foundation of our program starts by ensuring your lawn has what it needs to grow and stay healthy. For those wanting to take their lawn a bit further, we offer a number of add-on services. Our program is carefully tailored to your suit your property.

Base program includes:

• Nutrient program - “Supply nutrients to promote plant health, and color.” (4x) Timed fertilizer applications

• Broadleaf weed control - Treats common broadleaf weeds such as dandelions. (3x) Liquid post-emergent

  Add-on services:

• Water management - Ensure your lawn is receiving the proper amount of water. (1x) wetting agent application, (4x) irrigation monitoring and timer adjustment.

• Grassy weed control - Help prevent crabgrass and other weedy grass types. (3x) pre-emergent applications

• Moss Control - Prevent moss from taking-over. (2x) Liquid applications. Please Note: Moss removal is priced by estimate.

• Core Aeration - Aerify heavy soils for a host of benefits. (1x) Fall aeration service. (2x recommended for challenging soils)

• Over-seeding - Help thicken the lawn using modern turfgrass genetics. (1 or 2x) Premium perennial rye or fescue. Please note: service is not available in combination with Grassy weed control)

• Compost Top-dress - Gradually improve the soil health and structure. (1x)

• Grub control - Prevent pests from damaging the lawn. - (2x) treatments. (Note: we use a new generation product that is pollinator friendly.)
