Natural Lawn Program

The foundation of our lawn care program is centered around improving existing soil conditions, while establishing a dense, healthy stand of grass. While a natural approach comes with certain trade-offs, we believe that many will find our service of value.

What we offer…

Nutrient program - (N) - We supplement nutrients using an Organic granular product made in Oregon.

Moss Control (M) - During Late Fall & Early spring we will apply a liquid application of Iron to dehydrate moss. In the early Spring we follow-up with mechanical removal of treated moss. This provides color, while helping to prepare the soil for new grass seed. Please Note: Moss removal cost is priced separately.

Soil care program + Over-seeding (S)(O) - We include Spring & Fall core aeration services. Each Aeration service is followed-up with Over-seeding and Compost top-dressing. This serves to thicken the lawn and improve soil structure while strengthening the soil biology to efficiently convert organic material into plant available nitrogen.

Water management + Water Saver Treatment (W) - Ensure your lawn is receiving the proper amount of water throughout the seasons. Please note: This service is most suitable for those with in-ground irrigation systems.

Grub control (G) Prevent common pests from damaging the lawn. - (2) treatments. (Note: we use a new generation product that is pollinator friendly.)
